This lovely dress is a great addition to any Fashion Friend's wardrobe for celebrating the 4th of July. The dress is made of a beautiful star and crimson dot print on navy blue cotton. The bodice is fully lined and features an overlay embellished with a band of crimson stripe cotton across the chest. An ivory fabric bow adorns the bodice. The short sleeves are made of star print cotton gathered to a sleeve band of stripe print trimmed with navy crochet lace above the elbow. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with a contrast band of red stripe cotton adorned navy crochet lace above the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of star and stripe print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
