The skirt is gathered at the waist for a pretty silhouette with an inset of fuchsia diamond print cotton above the contrast band of turquoise swirl print cotton at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of elephant & diamond print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
