The bodice is fully lined with short sleeves. The sleeves are made of contrast black stripe print cotton gathered with a bit of elastic above the elbow. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of pink crochet lace above the contrast black stripe print cotton band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory.
