The bodice has tiny contrast black stripe print straps at the shoulders and is fully lined. The contrast waistband is also made of stripe print cotton. A white ribbon bow adorns the waist. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of white crochet lace above the contrast black stripe cotton band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of pumpkin & stripe print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
