Refund policy

All items are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Faulty merchandise can be returned within one week of receipt. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Approval (RA) code. Please contact directly via email for an RA prior to returning merchandise. All damages and losses due to shipping will be covered by USPS insurance.
