The contrast waistband is also made of polka dot print cotton. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of white embroidered trim above the contrast dark pink polka dot print band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband to finish the look. The wire frame headband is covered with ballerina slipper print cotton embellished with a dark pink ribbon bow.
