This adorable dress is a great addition to any Fashion Friend's wardrobe for Halloween. The dress is made of a cute ghost print outlined in bright colors on black star print cotton. The fully lined bodice is made of black stripe print cotton with a contrast overlay of ghost print at the waist trimmed with fuchsia polka dot contrast bias cotton. The short gathered sleeves are made of stripe print and have a bit of elastic above the elbow. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Finish the look off with the matching hat. The fully lined beret is made of ghost print cotton with a fuchsia polka dot fabric bow anchored with a black ribbon bow on the hat brim.
Fuchsia lace up ankle boots with and black knee high socks are included to complete the look.
