The top is made of a beautiful underwater print in pearl hues of purple and aqua with mermaids and seahorses on navy blue cotton. The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and features a peplum gathered at the hem with a delicate rounded edge in back. Two purple ribbon flowers adorn the waist. The top fastens in back with buttons. Beneath her top she wears a coordinating mini skirt. The skirt is made of variegated lavender cotton over purple tulle peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt features elastic at the waist for easy dressing. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory.
