The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and features a faux placket of toffee dot print cotton trimmed with red rick rack down the front. Three tiny red buttons adorn the bodice. The pants are gathered at the waist and gathered to a contrast band of dot cotton adorned with crochet lace just below the knee. The romper fastens in back with buttons.
