This adorable layered ensemble is a great addition to any Ruby Red Fashion Friend's wardrobe for celebrating this Independence Day. The top is made of a cute American pinwheel print on white cotton. The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and features a gathered peplum with a delicate rounded edge in back. The top fastens in back with buttons. Beneath her top she wears a pair of coordinating shorts. The shorts are made from star print on blue cotton with top stitching to create a faux fly and red crochet lace at the hem. The shorts feature elastic at the waist for easy dressing. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of pinwheel & star print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
True blue ankle snap sandals are included to complete the look.
