In true retro style this ensemble is a great addition to any Ruby Red Fashion Friend's 4th of July wardrobe. The peasant blouse is made of pretty sky blue polka dot print cotton. The blouse features elastic at the neckline for an over or across shoulder look. The short sleeves have elastic above the elbow. The shirt looks great bloused into the circle skirt. The skirt is made of a cute patriotic whirlygig print on blue cotton. The skirt is cut on the bias with red rick rack peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt fastens with a button covered snap at the waist band. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of pinwheel & polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.

Red and white oxford saddle shoes with white socks are included to complete the outfit.
