The bodice is fully lined with short sleeves. The sleeves are made of contrast pink polka dot print cotton gathered with a bit of elastic above the elbow. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of white embroidered lace above the contrast pink polka dot print cotton band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of kitten & polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
