The top is made of an adorable cupcake print in blue, turquoise, aqua, pink, yellow, green and red on white cotton. The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and features a peplum gathered at the hem with a delicate rounded edge in back. A coral plaid ribbon bow adorns the bodice. The top fastens in back with buttons. Beneath her top she wears a coordinating mini skirt. The skirt is made of turquoise swirl print cotton with pink tulle peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt features elastic at the waist for easy dressing. Fuchsia striped leggings are worn beneath her skirt. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of cupcake and swirl print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
