The dress is made of a sweet patriotic cake print in red, blue and navy on white cotton. The fully lined sleeveless bodice is made of red stripe print cotton with a contrast overlay of cake print at the waist trimmed with navy rick rack. The skirt is gathered at the waist for a pretty silhouette. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of cake & stripe print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
