This charming dress is a great addition to any Fashion Friend's wardrobe. The dress is made of darling surfer and hula girl print with tropical flowers on teal cotton. The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and made of aqua polka dot print cotton with a contrast overlay of surfer girl print at the waist trimmed with fuchsia swirl print contrast bias trim. Two fuchsia ribbon flowers adorn the waist. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of aqua polka dot print cotton above the contrast fuchsia swirl print cotton band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Finish the look off with the matching hat. The fully lined beret is made of surfer girl print cotton with two fuchsia ribbon flowers embellishing the hat brim.
Fuchsia sequin converse style tennis shoes complete the look.
