The blouse features elastic at the neckline for an over or across shoulder look. The short sleeves have elastic above the elbow. The shirt looks great bloused into the circle skirt. The skirt is made of sweet red and white holly print on pink cotton. The skirt is cut on the bias with red rick rack peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt fastens with a button covered snap at the waist band. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of holly and stripe print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
Red and white oxford saddle shoes with white socks are included to complete the ensemble.
