The skirt is cut on the bias with black pom pom trim peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt fastens with a button covered snap at the waist band. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of kitty and pumpkin stripe print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
