The skirt is made of charming Halloween print with jack o'lanterns, candy corn and trick or treat bags in orange and black on purple square cotton. The skirt is cut on the bias with orange rick rack peeking out beneath the hem. The skirt fastens with a button covered snap at the waist band. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of Halloween & polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
