This adorable dress is a great addition to any Fashion Friend's wardrobe for 4th of July. The dress is made of a cute patriotic whirlygig print on blue cotton. The fully lined sleeveless bodice is made of blue stripe poplin with a contrast overlay of pinwheel print at the waist trimmed with red rick rack. A red star print ribbon bow adorns the waist. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette with an inset of red rick rack above the contrast blue stripe band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Finish the look off with the matching hat. The fully lined beret is made of American whirlygig print cotton with a red star print ribbon bow embellishing the hat band.
Royal blue and white oxford saddle shoes and white socks are included to complete the ensemble. The socks are made by Wendy at Doll Secrets.
