The sleeveless bodice is fully lined and features a faux placket of black swirl print cotton trimmed with white pom pom trim down the front. Three tiny white buttons adorn the bodice. The pants are gathered at the waist and gathered to a contrast band of swirl cotton adorned with pom pom trim just below the knee. The romper fastens in back with buttons.
