This adorable sleeveless dress is the perfect addition to your Fashion Friend's wardrobe. The dress is made of a cute white anchor print with red stars on baby blue cotton. The fully lined sleeveless bodice is made of red polka dot one white print cotton with a contrast overlay of nautical print at the waist adorned with red pom pom trim. The skirt is gathered at the waist for a pretty silhouette with red pom pom trim above the contrast polka dot band at the hem. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband for a hair accessory. The retro style knot headband is made of anchor & polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
