The bodice has tiny contrast pink variegated print straps at the shoulders and is fully lined. The contrast waistband is also made of pink variegated print cotton. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist for a wonderful silhouette. The dress fastens in back with buttons. Add the matching headband to finish the look. The wire frame headband is covered with flamingo print cotton embellished with a pink ribbon bow.
